She provides motivational keynotes, communication workshops, stress management seminars, and teamwork presentations and seminars to businesses and organizations.  She has provided seminars nationally and internationally including Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Shanghai, China.

Wendy is past president of the Wisconsin Professional Speakers Association, where she also has served as chair of the Past President's Council.

Believing strongly in the volunteer spirit, she has served on the board of a Cooperative Park Association that is charged with operating a 500-acre area for its members.  She also has served on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity which builds affordable housing for those in need.  She is an Elder and Deacon in her church and has taught Sunday School, served as senior high leader or mentored confirmation students for the past twenty years.  Wendy also served for a six-year term on the Good Government Council for the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce.

With this variety of experiences, Wendy has gained insights into what personal and professional skills an individual will need to be prepared to meet the demands of the 21st century environment.  What is needed goes far beyond the cognitive skills we so often stress in training programs.  Wendy dovetails her insights from the business world and the education environment to create a challenging, thought-provoking program that inspires people at all levels.
