As president of Options Unlimited, Inc., Green Bay, WI, Dennis has succeeded in building a company which has a reputation for ultimate care and concern for its customers. As a successful entrepreneur and business consultant, he shares the secrets of his success with business and association audiences through his books, audio and video learning systems and speaking engagements.
Founded in 1977, Options Unlimited, Inc. has built a strong client base with 65% to 75% repeat business each year. This has been accomplished through dedication to meeting the needs of the customers, and providing quality results-oriented presentations. Prior to founding his company, Dennis was a successful insurance salesperson, a teacher in the inner-city of Milwaukee and vocational administrator. He has received the DECA Outstanding Service Award for his years of dedication to marketing education.
Dennis has written and published three books:

He has also produced five audio learning systems and four motivational and customer service video learning systems. Dennis was one of the less than 80 authors to be included in The 2nd Helping of Chicken Soup For the Soul, a New York Times Best Seller compilation of inspiring stories published in 1995, and Chicken Soup for the Soul Cookbook, published in 1996. His story was also included in The Condensed Chicken Soup For the Soul recognizing the best stories from the first three books in the Chicken Soup series. He is one of twenty authors to be included in the success manual, The Winning Spirit, a book published in association with the USA Olympic Committee in 1996 and sold at the '96 Olympics in Atlanta.
As a professional speaker and seminar leader, Dennis has earned the designation of Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), which is held by only 8% of speakers in the nation. Dennis is known for his quick paced, humor-laced presentation style that keeps the
attention of his audiences, whether numbering twenty or two thousand. He is past president of the Wisconsin Professional Speakers Association (WPSA). In 1991, he received the Speaking Star Award from WPSA for his achievements and contributions in the field of professional speaking. He has spoken on the same program with notables such as Paul Harvey, Art Linkletter, Bob Richards, Ed Asner, Willard Scott, Bill Bennett, and Astronaut James Lovell.
Dennis earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Southwest Missouri State and his Masters degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison
